The Mayor of Bandung Book City Ridwan Kamil did not endlessly continue to innovate, taking the target of bringing the town of Bandung as a champion city, indeed it was visible. We may see this issue with the numerous awards received by the town of Bandung under its leadership. Towards the end of the term, another target which appears to be realized is Bandung Kota Buku. Now how can this be realized, let’s look at the concept of decentralization ala Ridwan Kamil towards Bandung Kota Buku 2017 as follows:
Bandung Has a Comfortable and Distinctive Library That May Attract Reading Interest
The realization of the collaboration between the City and Personal Government, one of them is the identifying library in Bandung known as Micro Library. The Mini Library stands for neighborhood self-help initiated from the local government. The identifying walls are made of ice cream waste that has been accumulated by residents. With the assistance of wallet dhuafa and two foreign architects, Daliana and Florian Heinselmann out of Shau Architecture from the Netherlands, there was a small, yet distinctive library.
Construction of a library of ice cream used plastic waste which stands on a land area of 100 sq meters was assembled within 3 months. The building has 2 floors, the upper floor is utilized for the library space and in the bottom is functioned as a multipurpose room. Not just that, the Bandung city government is also constructing a modern library construction, that will later become a Book centre within the city of Bandung.
Marketing Parks Read the Form of a Combination of Simple Business and Education
If we’d love to look for various rare books or old books or foreign books, Bandung with the imagination of its citizens may understand that. There are various Reading parks in Bandung, from the ones to the new ones. Reading Parks such as Zoe Corner, Kineriku, tobucil & KLABS, Potluck, Haven Books and Magazine Store, Reading Lights and the largest Pitimoss. Every one of those reading parks are a combination of cafe and bookstore in the form of medium-sized businesses by opening a free reading playground. It appears that the recommended cafe has a library from the mayor. It looks like a series of existing cafes.
Every Kelhanhan of Bandung City Has One Reading Park and Library
Today there are Dozens of complimentary Reading Parks within the city of Bandung. And if the plan of the Bandung city government is realized by setting a reading playground at every one urban village, then it is not impossible that the concept of the Library is not just for students but will probably be attained with 115 metropolitan cities in Bandung. Possessing a brand new open space with the theme of education is going to be another characteristic of this city. And the road to Bandung as the Book Capital in 2017 will be achieved.
